Cleaning end of stay : except dishes which must be done, dry and tidy up ; except the rubbish which must be put in the garbage container outside on the road ; except the furniture and material inside and outside which must be put back in place (sunloungers, chairs, tables, bbq, sofa, etc...)

(*) Heated Swimming pool according to the season : The swimming pool is heated (programmed between 26 and 30 degrees) from June the 1st until October the 1st (as well as before and after if the weather conditions allow it).
The temperature is not guaranteed however, knowing that it depends on the external climatic conditions. In addition, the heating of the swimming pool is not contractual with the hiring of the rented apartments (the "gites") : it is only a "little more", an approval of additional comfort which was not the object of an increase in tariffs.
